Every pound you raise makes a difference

Every mile run, every event hosted, and every pound raised helps us move discoveries into practice faster, bring life-changing care to more young people. Whether you are taking on your first fundraising challenge or building on years of experience, we are here to support you every step of the way - and to show you the difference your efforts are making today, and for generations to come.

Ideas to inspire your fundraising

There is no single way to fundraise - the best approach is one that suits you, your community, and your passions.

Here are some ideas to get you started.

Bring people together

Coffee mornings, bake sales, and afternoon teas create warm, welcoming spaces to raise awareness and spark meaningful conversations about young people's mental health.

Share your skills and creativity

Art exhibitions, craft sales, and music nights showcase local talent while raising vital funds. Community performances by choirs, theatre groups, or school ensembles can dedicate a show to supporting the Partnership's work - making for a memorable event with real purpose.

Bring together your school or youth group

Sponsored read-a-thons, sponsored silences, or sports days help young people support their peers while learning about mental health. Student-led wellbeing fairs raise both funds and awareness in a way that puts young people at the heart of the effort.

Engage your workplace

Charity of the Year partnerships can unite teams behind a shared purpose. Payroll giving or matched-funding schemes double the impact of staff donations, while team challenges, from bake-offs to relay races, build morale while making a real difference to young people's lives.

Take on a personal challenge

Sponsored walks, runs, or cycles, from a gentle 5k to a full marathon, are a powerful way to honour you and your family’s journey or celebrate your own milestones.

Step challenges or Move for Mental Health months also work brilliantly for workplaces, schools, and sports clubs. If physical challenges aren't your thing, creative challenges, such as 30 days of drawing, music, reading, or mindfulness, allow you to fundraise in a way that reflects your own passions.
