Ashish Jain works at the intersection of engagement, equity, and mental health transformation, bringing more than 15 years of experience in strategic engagement and culture change. He began his career in corporate marketing and organisational transformation before moving into the NHS, driven by a commitment to mental health justice and anti-racism.
Ashish leads on co-production for the King’s Maudsley Partnership. He ensures the voices of service users and carers shape strategy from the ground up, not as an afterthought. He also works as a psychotherapist in Talking Therapies and is particularly interested in how organisations can build services that are both effective and humane.
